Although we wish we could help you, we do NOT have the knowledge or legal background to answer these questions. Therefore we do not respond to such inquiries in most cases. This is a home-based web site and not run from an office with a budget and a staff. Also, we usually do not answer inquiries asking for resources. TenantRights.Net is not an organization, but rather is limited to serving as an online resource and link directory. We have received requests for custom advice on eviction and other issues but cannot reliably answer these inquiries. We have very little direct knowledge in tenant-landlord legal matters nor an attorney willing to answer such questions. We will be happy to consider providing free links to the web domains of any attorneys who specialize in landlord-tenant law within the state of Colorado or any nonprofit national or global organizations representing the rights of tenants, tenant farmers (in tenant matters) or the rights or needs of the homeless..
